- Transcription of recordings from analogue/digital support:

- transcription of wiretaps and surveillances:
a team of professionals of I.S.P. is specialized in the transcription of wiretaps and surveillances from any support and produces an accurate proofreading, to ensure the highest standards of quality. The tasks given during the thirty years of experience are countless, also in relation to delicate trials.
- stenotype for real-time reporting:
I.S.P. is a leading company at a national level and provides excellent services employing qualified professionals who have been classified as the most prepared stenotypists at the world championships in Vienna in 2005 and Prague in 2007. Stenotype is a system of contraction of the words that, through the use of special equipment, allows to reach high speeds of writing and to create a real time transcription.- respeaking:
'Speaks-write respeaking' is a respeaking system used by respeakers with solid experience who not merely repeat word for word what is being said by the speaker. In fact, thanks to their abilities, respeakers of I.S.P. operate a real reporting providing the text a correct structure that is understandable by the reader. In their work they use a stenomask for the dictation, both in simultaneous and deferred mode.Finally, the I.S.P. provides collaboration services in defensive investigations (such as assistance in audio recording of depositions), technical advice, recording and transcription of witness evidence in arbitration proceedings.
Subtitling is the “translation” of the speech and lets communicate also in writing with the deaf. Thanks to its professionalism acquired over the years, to the preparation and experience of highly specialized personnel, I.S.P. makes subtitling with no omission of information or, sometimes, adding information that are not present, to allow the transfer of culture. The subtitling service is provided through computerized steno machines for meetings, conferences, lectures and in any event where real time subtitling is required. Subtitling can be live or deferred. The text of the speech can be incorporated into a video context, meeting the growing needs of public and private institutions to immediately read on the screen the words spoken during the events.
Synchronization audio-video/text
The text becomes an instrument of "navigation" of the audio/video, allowing you to search immediately what was said by the speaker and to fully grasp the prosodic aspects and the expression of the speaker. The file can be easily integrated into any document and immediately available to the end user, through web-based management systems also. I.S.P. is in the forefront in Italy in synchronization services based on audio/video integration of report. I.S.P. also realizes the report using the most innovative techniques ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) that exist today in the domestic market, ensuring speed and accuracy of the final file.
The I.S.P. provides the service of translation of texts and conversations in a foreign language. We carry out transcripts of wiretaps in foreign languages and maintain interpreting services. In the staff of I.S.P. there are interpreters and translators for English, French, Arabic, Romanian, Albanian, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish etc. The service is aimed at judges and individuals in both criminal and civil field.
I.S.P makes recordings with its DAS system (Digital Audio System) returning a digital audio with markers for easy playback of the most relevant parts. The service is aimed at public and private institutions: the regional councils, the district councils, the town councils, meetings, conferences etc. I.S.P. provides the necessary equipment to record on demand (mixer, microphones, large screen for live viewing etc).
The I.S.P. is specialized in document management, dealing both with the physical archival and the dematerialization and indexing of your documents. Using the most advanced computer technology, the I.S.P. has created a flexible and quick system for the scanning, indexing and archiving of documents. The guarantee of the process is given by digital signature or time stamp on documents treated, in compliance with the Law. We offer customers repository solutions for electronic storing of documents and appropriate places where to store and maintain documents. We manage the activities of retrieving documents and their safety for transport, collection, preparation, scanning and dematerialization, indexing and their repositioning.
Formation in I.S.P. is realized through courses that, starting from basic knowledge, allow the acquisition of skills in order to let the trainee enter the world of work and to achieve a full professional autonomy. The courses are: Stenotyping, RTA, Respeaking, Typing.
Internship
In order to facilitate the entry of young talents to company, the I.S.P. starts internships, allowing the trainees to have a try, to direct their career choices and to gain a certified practical experience that will enrich their curriculum. The internships are organized in cooperation and coordination with the competent bodies (for example with the employment agency).The internships are in the fields of :
