GEDOCS is the software for smart archiving. It allows the complete management of documents, both created “ex-novo” in electronic format and acquired in paper format, and allows to realize with the same quality standards both the digitalization of the existing material and the integration of the new management of practices. The production of electronic documents is regulated on the basis of models in the computer system of document management.
The management of practices includes document management, integrated with the structuring of the documents in the files and the ability to create and submit new documents. The consultation allows cross-searches and the ability to establish different levels of permission to access and visibility. The structuring of the practices, as well as that of the documents, is fully customizable, editable and integrable. The signing of electronic documents is achieved with electronic/digital signature.
The electronic documents are stored in the system – and they cannot be modified - upon the completion of registration and marking of the Protocol procedures, in order to preserve the integrity and security. The privacy of the data is obtained through the use of profiles and password, and also by different modes of secure authentication on request.
